I am strongly committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that I maintain about my clients. I do not send out any marketing emails or newsletters and never share information with a 3rd party. I only store your first name, surname, phone number, address and email address to contact you in regard to managing the visits that are booked for you. By giving consent to hold this data, you will continue to receive relevant communication related to your bookings, amendments and cancellations of appointments. The information you give me is securely stored in a password secure data filing system. Please note that I do keep information for 6 years after your last session in line with the requirements of my professional insurance.
