Free Initial Assessment
I offer a free 15-minute telephone initial assessment so you can share what your expectations are from our sessions and to see if we have the chemistry necessary to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship
Individual Counselling Session
I provide online or telephone counselling through various platforms. This works in the same way as a face-to-face session without the travel time and associated costs.
My fee is £55 per 50-minute session.
I know I need counselling but money is really tight. Can you still help?
It's important for me to make sure a wide range of people who want counselling can access my services. If you feel you would like counselling but money is tight, then please still get in touch. I am happy to offer a reduced fee (which we can negotiate between us) to try and ensure that this is not a barrier preventing you from engaging with support should you need it.
Student Counsellors
I have some session times available for student counsellors. Please contact me for further details, fees, etc.
How to pay
Payment is made via bank transfer prior to the start of each session and bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, I require 48 hours advance notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full fee becomes payable.
